Time of My Life

Alright so its been a little while since I've updated my blog. By a little, I mean six months. Unfortunately, I'm not very good at tracking mine and Drew's life together so far. Sad to say, I haven't even taken one pic of us since we have been married! I have promised myself that I would try and be a better wife and take more pictures to post on our blog! We'll see how that goes...
So much has happened, I don't even know where to begin! We have had a crazy fast year! I can't believe its already August! First off, mine and Drew's six month anniversery is coming up next week! It has gone by so fast, I can't believe it! I'm not quite sure what we have planned, but I'll think of something. I'm always trying to hint to Drew that I love flowers and that he should bring some home to me every once in awhile. He never seems to pick up on the 'subtle' hints. Either that or he could just be really clueless. :)
Now would be a good time to brag about my amazing and brilliant husband for a little bit, because honestly he deserves to be bragged about! Andrew took the Dental admissions test last January and scored extremely high. He is graduating the U with a 3.9 GPA and is already getting interviews from dental schools all over the country who would like to meet with him. He has worked so hard for this and we can't wait to find out where we will be living for the next four years. Our top choice? Ohio State University!! This is also where his brothers went to dental school and we would be thrilled to get accepted there! We already love this school so much and can't wait to hear from them:) I'm so proud of Andrew and all of his hard work is starting to pay off. He is honestly the hardest worker I know and he amazes me with everything he has accomplished so far.
Andrew was also recently called to be in the elders quorum presidency in our ward. We are very excited about this opportunity. He is doing a wonderful job! Once again, I'm very proud of him :)

We have had a fun filled summer. We went to St. George a hand full of times. My family owns a house down there so its definitely been our second home this summer! We also recently went to Lake Powell and also just did a trip up in Park City this weekend for the arts festival. We went up there with my family because this is the last week that we will all be together for a very long time! :( I'm happy to say that my oldest brother Jason is getting married in November! Him and his new wife are moving to Chicago shortly after where he will be atteding DePaul University for his masters. I can't wait till they have little babys for me to play with! My genius for a sister, Breanne, will be leaving in less than a week to Washington, DC where she will be attending international law school.

Mine and Andrew's life has definitely been a little crazy lately and I don't think it will let up anytime soon! We are having a ton of fun and are very much in love. We have been extremely blessed! I can't wait to see what else the lord has in store for us in the future.

I've posted some wedding pics of us up above. Sorry they are getting out 6 months later! :)

Just the Beginning

Ok, so I'm starting this blog for the same reason it seems like everyone else is..Andrew and I are still newlyweds so I thought it would be a good idea to start keeping track of our life together. Not to mention all of my friends were hounding me to get one so here I am breaking under the pressure haha. I guess I'll first tell you how Drew and I met. We actually grew up in the same ward and not only that, but our parents are best friends as well! We started dating after I graduated high school and he had been home from his mission for about a year. On our first date he took me to a small town by Park City and we went to a rodeo. Kind of a weird first date for the both of us, cause neither one of us had been to one and I can't really say rodeos are our thing. That being said, we have never gone back! We dated for about a year and a half before we got engaged. Here are some pics of us dating! I love everything about this person. He makes me laugh harder than anyone I know and we have way too much fun together! I truly adore Drew and I can't wait to begin the rest of my life with him :)
